Sleeth Family Medicine Center

The Clark K. Sleeth Family Medicine Center provides comprehensive medical care, including obstetrics and gynecology services, for people of all ages. It is located on the first floor of the WVU Health Sciences building.

Services include:

• Blood work (phlebotomy) lab (Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am-3:30 pm)
• Comprehensive adult and pediatric care
• Diabetes counseling and management
• Health maintenance and screening
• Minor surgical procedures (not requiring general anesthesia)
• Obstetrical care
• Office gynecology services
• Osteopathic manipulative treatment
• Relaxation training, psychological and psychiatry care
• Sports medicine
• Stress testing

The Sleeth Family Medicine Center is one of the largest, most modern primary care facilities in the region. It includes:

• 35 exam rooms, equipped with special facilities for patients with limited mobility or other needs
• space for patient education
• a state-of-the-art electronic classroom for medical students and others
• procedure rooms
• a lab facility
• an x-ray suite
• and more
