Women On Wellness holds follow-up session at WVU

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The National Center of Excellence in Women's Health at West Virginia University is hosting a follow-up session for women who attended the Women on Wellness (WOW) retreat in Marion County in July.

The session is Wednesday (Sept. 24) in the John Jones Conference Room on the ground floor of the Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center, from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

The program will include a talk titled "The Wellness Wheel: Seven Essential Areas of Wellness."  A 20-minute workout session is also planned, so participants should wear casual clothes.
