Newly renovated WVU Children’s Hospital lobby unveiled

WHAT: The West Virginia University Children’s Hospital lobby’s newly modernized and transformed entrance matches the colorful recent upgrades of the patient room areas.  The bright and cheerful waiting area includes gaming stations, sparkling décor such as a bubble walls and columns, a 52-inch plasma TV, new flooring and reclining lounge seating.

WHERE: Media to meet in main lobby for escort to sixth floor of Ruby Memorial Hospital on the WVU Health Sciences campus

WHO: Bruce McClymonds, president of WVU Hospitals; Dottie Oakes, vice president and chief nurse executive of WVUH; Cheryl Jones, director of WVU Children’s Hospital; and Tim Pahl, secretary, Mountain Loggers Cooperative Association
