FTD.com launches new campaign with WVU Children’s Hospital

MORGANTOWN, WV — Brightening lives with floral arrangements and gifts is one of the core values provided to consumers from FTD.COM, Inc.  In order to brighten the lives of children at West Virginia University Children’s Hospital FTD.COM, one of the leading providers of fresh flowers and related floral and gift products to consumers in the US and Canada, and Children’s Miracle Network announced in December that consumers will now be able to raise funds to help hospitalized children by purchasing products at customized FTD.COM web sites.

“FTD.COM has been a partner of Children’s Miracle Network for many, many years, and now we are excited to continue that partnership into the 21st century with 21st century technology,” said Mick Shannon, founder and CEO of Children’s Miracle Network.

FTD.COM has created unique online floral boutiques for each individual Children’s Miracle Network hospital. Consumers can purchase products at http://www.ftd.com/cmncharlestonwv/ and 15 percent of the merchandise proceeds will be donated to WVU Children’s Hospital.

The FTD.COM promotion began on January 1, 2006 and continue throughout the year.
