AT&T is now offering WVUH and UHA employees a 15 percent discount on new or existing cellular phone plans.
To take advantage of this special offer, you can purchase a new cellular plan or enroll your existing service by visiting a local AT&T store or by visiting a special Website. Click here to access the site.

When enrolling in the discount program online, you will be asked to enter the Foundation Account Number (FAN). The WVUH/UHA FAN number is: 2618613.

If you are visiting an AT&T store, be sure to have your Hospital or UHA ID badge available, as well as the WVUH/UHA FAN number.
